He is a raging and burning ball of chaos, almost always angry and throwing around text walls in ALL CAPS, BOLDED, and #FF0000. Ba'athist Syria was suspended from the Arab Arab League and OIC OIC, and was one of the most popular destination for UN UN Peacekeeping programs. Ba'athist Syria enjoys using chemical weapons.
Ba'athist Syria and his supporters thinks too highly of themselves and think they are completely innocent. But, almost every side of a War war commits war crimes. Despite this, he usually dismiss any criticism as "NeoCon western propaganda". Ba'athist Syria also imprisons many people with opposition to government views, into very cramped prison cells (up to 100 people per room) with only a small window or very little light, and will kill the existing prisoners to make room for new prisoners.
==History== | |||
===Ba’athist Coup and Control===
In 1963, BaathIraq Ba'athists launched a coup known as the March Revolution and seized power, ending the FSA Second Syrian Republic. Now, the new Syria will either stand strong or fall, and this next year or so is his chance to show the world he won't give up.
Ba' | In 1964, a riot by the MuslimBro Muslim Brotherhood in Hama Hama happened, against the Ba'athists. This riot was violently suppressed with heavy military force, resulting in many mortal casualties and partial destruction of the old Hama city neighborhoods.
After a bloodless coup d'état led by General Hafez al-Assad Hafez al-Assad on 13 November 1970 (known as the "Corrective Movement"), Syria Reformism reformed himself.
Allied with Egypt, Syria was later was one of the countries that had attacked Israel Israel in the Six-Day War. The result for Syria was defeat, and it lead to Israel occupying some Syrian clay known as the Plateau Golan Heights from 1967 up to this day. Syria is still pissed off about it. The region is now disputed UN UN territory between the two, even if most countryballs had internationally recognized him for Syria.
Egypt Egypt wanted to retry another union with Syria Syria with Libyan Arab Republic Libya involved, forming the FAR Federation of Arab Republics in 1972.
On 6 October 1973, Syria and Egypt initiated the Yom Kippur War against Israel. The IDF Israel Defense Forces reversed the initial Syrian gains and pushed deeper into Syrian territory. The village of BaathSyria Quneitra was largely destroyed by the Israeli army.
The FAR federation disbanded in 1977 because Libyan Arab Jamahiriya Libya left.
Hafez al-Assad Hafez al-Assad held elections, but they were not competitive. The Baath Ba'ath Party held total control. His governance included significant state-led reforms that modernized parts of the economy and infrastructure, which some viewed positively. In the late 1990s, there were discussions about political reforms, but these were limited and did not constitute a true Dem democratic process. Before his death, Hafez al-Assad did pave the way for his son, Bashar al-Assad Bashar al-Assad, to succeed him, a move that maintained the family's grip on power rather than transitioning to a democratic system.
[[ | Also in the 1990s, the USSR Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Syria's biggest backer, collapsed, so now Syria sees that military force won't be able to bring the Golan Heights back. So, he went to talk to Israel Israel, hoping to get Golan Heights back like how Egypt Egypt got Sinai back. Israel wasn't opposed to the idea at first, as it could pull Syria away from Iran Iran and there would be peace between the borders of the two. But Israel and Syria couldn't agree on the exact borders of the Golan Heights. Israel was willing to return most of the full territory but keep total control over the Water Sea of Galilee. However, Syria insists that all the land taken since the original 1948 demilitarized zone be given back. To add to that, public opinion didn’t like this idea in both countries. The people of Syria saw this as a betrayal to the fight against Zion Western imperialism, while the people of Israel saw the Golan Heights as historically Jew Jewish land. Negotiations were rocky. Talks collapsed and restarted over several times until 2011, when the Syrian Civil War broke out.
===Syrian Civil War===
In 2011, during the Arab Spring, there were protests against the Cronyism nepotism, Klep corruption, and Auth authoritarianism of the Assad regime, which resulted in deadly crackdowns where thousands died. This tension caused Syriaball to erupt into a civil war between many rival factions, the major ones being the KurdistanSyrian Democratic Forces Kurdistani Forces, Bashar al-Assad Syrian Government, and FSA Syrian Rebels (initially Dem pro-democracy, later become fragmented because of the rise of Jihadism Islamist groups). Though many have exposed USA USA and Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia of funding the democratic rebels. Regardless, USA and allies cannot into caring. The Government then warned the west of the threat of the ISIS Islamic State, which the west largely dismissed.
Syrian relations with Israel Israel worsened, as Bashar al-Assad Assad turned to Iran Iran and Hezbollah Hezbollah for help. Despite being officially neutral, Israel was still involved, regularly bombing Iranian and Hezbollahian positions in Syria, and even providing some limited aid to FSA rebels. However, Israel never stepped in to get rid of Assad, as the chaos in Syria worked in Israel's favor.
In 2013, the Jihadism Jihadist terrorist group | In 2013, the Jihadism Jihadist terrorist group ISIS ISIS rose to power and gained big chunks of clay in Syria, pushing the Assad regime to a wall. But when all hope seemed lost for Assad, two big and powerful players came into play: Russia Russia and Iran Iran. Russia's Russian Air Force Air Force devastated rebel-controlled cities, and thousands of Iranian-backed Hezbollah Hezbollah fighters flocked to Syria to help.
Under the | Under the Obama Obama and Clinton Clinton doctrines, the ISIS Islamic State sought to rule a caliphate in Syria if the Hafez al-Assad Assad regime Bashar al-Assad was defeated. But, Iran Iran and Russia Russia have made it clear that Assad is going nowhere. Huge stockpiles of chemical weapons and elements of the AlQaeda Al-Qaeda terrorist group posed regional threats. The Christi Christians in Syria have also been slaughtered in the thousands after losing stability. ISIS has taken control of most of western Syria in 2014 after winning many battles against both the Assad government and the FSA rebels.
In 2017, Assad began to push back. With Russian and Iranian help, as well as Trump Trump | In 2017, Assad began to push back. With Russian and Iranian help, as well as Trump Trump's bombing campaign against ISIS, the Assadian regime had taken back most of his lost territory, but were not able to take back the northern parts, which some were protected by Turkey Türkiye and others were controlled by the Kurds.
A bunch of countries decided to intervene and | A bunch of countries decided to intervene and Syria became the ground for a proxy war between Russia Russia, USA USA and Turkey Türkiye who are each trying to gear Syria to their vision of his future. In April 2018, Syria used chemical weapons on his own citizens again. In response to this, USA USA, UK United Kingdom, France France, and others launched combined strikes on Syria’s clay. This action resulted in escalated tensions between USA USA and Russia Russia, the latter clearly stating not to launch those kinds of strikes on Syria. An emergency meeting between the two had to be called to ease the tension.
By 2019, large scale fighting has ended, and Syria’s economy was in shambles. 600,000+ people have died, and six and a half million Syrians became refugees across the world. Assad was unable to rebuild Syria’s economy because all the oil were in Kurdish hands. Unable to pay the army, most of them fled and those who remained had low pay and low morale. Corruption, trafficking, and bribes plagued Ba’athist Syria. | By 2019, large scale fighting has ended, and Syria’s economy was in shambles. 600,000+ people have died, and six and a half million Syrians became refugees across the world. Ba'athist Syria, officially the violent Syrian Arab Republic (SAR), or just more commonly known as Syria at the time, was a
narco-state in the Middle East who was an embattled state, embroiled in a heinous war. He is a raging and burning ball of chaos, almost always angry and throwing around text walls in ALL CAPS, BOLDED, and COLOURED RED. Ba'athist Syria was suspended from the
Arab League and
OIC, and was one of the most popular destination for
UN Peacekeeping programs. Ba'athist Syria enjoys using chemical weapons.
Ba'athist Syria and his supporters thinks too highly of themselves and think they are completely innocent. But, almost every side of a
war commits war crimes. Despite this, he usually dismiss any criticism as "
western propaganda". Ba'athist Syria also imprisons many people with opposition to government views, into very cramped prison cells (up to 100 people per room) with only a small window or very little light, and will kill the existing prisoners to make room for new prisoners.
History
Ba’athist Coup and Control
In 1963,
Ba'athists launched a coup known as the March Revolution and seized power, ending the
Second Syrian Republic. Now, the new Syria will either stand strong or fall, and this next year or so is his chance to show the world he won't give up.
In 1964, a riot by the
Muslim Brotherhood in
Hama happened, against the Ba'athists. This riot was violently suppressed with heavy military force, resulting in many mortal casualties and partial destruction of the old Hama city neighborhoods.
After a bloodless coup d'état led by General
Hafez al-Assad on 13 November 1970 (known as the "Corrective Movement"), Syria
reformed himself.
Allied with Egypt, Syria was later was one of the countries that had attacked
Israel in the Six-Day War. The result for Syria was defeat, and it lead to Israel occupying some Syrian clay known as the
Golan Heights from 1967 up to this day. Syria is still pissed off about it. The region is now disputed
UN territory between the two, even if most countryballs had internationally recognized him for Syria.
Egypt wanted to retry another union with
Syria with
Libya involved, forming the
Federation of Arab Republics in 1972.
On 6 October 1973, Syria and Egypt initiated the Yom Kippur War against Israel. The
Israel Defense Forces reversed the initial Syrian gains and pushed deeper into Syrian territory. The village of
Quneitra was largely destroyed by the Israeli army.
The
federation disbanded in 1977 because
Libya left.
Hafez al-Assad held elections, but they were not competitive. The
Ba'ath Party held total control. His governance included significant state-led reforms that modernized parts of the economy and infrastructure, which some viewed positively. In the late 1990s, there were discussions about political reforms, but these were limited and did not constitute a true
democratic process. Before his death, Hafez al-Assad did pave the way for his son,
Bashar al-Assad, to succeed him, a move that maintained the family's grip on power rather than transitioning to a democratic system.
Also in the 1990s, the
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Syria's biggest backer, collapsed, so now Syria sees that military force won't be able to bring the Golan Heights back. So, he went to talk to
Israel, hoping to get Golan Heights back like how
Egypt got Sinai back. Israel wasn't opposed to the idea at first, as it could pull Syria away from
Iran and there would be peace between the borders of the two. But Israel and Syria couldn't agree on the exact borders of the Golan Heights. Israel was willing to return most of the full territory but keep total control over the
Sea of Galilee. However, Syria insists that all the land taken since the original 1948 demilitarized zone be given back. To add to that, public opinion didn’t like this idea in both countries. The people of Syria saw this as a betrayal to the fight against
Western imperialism, while the people of Israel saw the Golan Heights as historically
Jewish land. Negotiations were rocky. Talks collapsed and restarted over several times until 2011, when the Syrian Civil War broke out.
Syrian Civil War
In 2011, during the Arab Spring, there were protests against the
nepotism,
corruption, and
authoritarianism of the Assad regime, which resulted in deadly crackdowns where thousands died. This tension caused Syriaball to erupt into a civil war between many rival factions, the major ones being the ![]()
Kurdistani Forces,
Syrian Government, and
Syrian Rebels (initially
pro-democracy, later become fragmented because of the rise of
Islamist groups). Though many have exposed
USA and
Saudi Arabia of funding the democratic rebels. Regardless, USA and allies cannot into caring. The Government then warned the west of the threat of the
Islamic State, which the west largely dismissed.
Syrian relations with
Israel worsened, as
Assad turned to
Iran and
Hezbollah for help. Despite being officially neutral, Israel was still involved, regularly bombing Iranian and Hezbollahian positions in Syria, and even providing some limited aid to
rebels. However, Israel never stepped in to get rid of Assad, as the chaos in Syria worked in Israel's favor.
In 2013, the
Jihadist terrorist group
ISIS rose to power and gained big chunks of clay in Syria, pushing the Assad regime to a wall. But when all hope seemed lost for Assad, two big and powerful players came into play:
Russia and
Iran. Russia's
Air Force devastated rebel-controlled cities, and thousands of Iranian-backed
Hezbollah fighters flocked to Syria to help.
Under the
Obama and
Clinton doctrines, the
Islamic State sought to rule a caliphate in Syria if the
Assad regime
was defeated. But,
Iran and
Russia have made it clear that Assad is going nowhere. Huge stockpiles of chemical weapons and elements of the
Al-Qaeda terrorist group posed regional threats. The
Christians in Syria have also been slaughtered in the thousands after losing stability. ISIS has taken control of most of western Syria in 2014 after winning many battles against both the Assad government and the
rebels.
In 2017, Assad began to push back. With Russian and Iranian help, as well as
Trump's bombing campaign against ISIS, the Assadian regime had taken back most of his lost territory, but were not able to take back the northern parts, which some were protected by
Türkiye and others were controlled by the Kurds.
A bunch of countries decided to intervene and Syria became the ground for a proxy war between
Russia,
USA and
Türkiye who are each trying to gear Syria to their vision of his future. In April 2018, Syria used chemical weapons on his own citizens again. In response to this,
USA,
United Kingdom,
France, and others launched combined strikes on Syria’s clay. This action resulted in escalated tensions between
USA and
Russia, the latter clearly stating not to launch those kinds of strikes on Syria.
Between 2020 and 2024, the situation in Syria has stopped changing geopolitically, but lots of negotiations have been preformed, all going nowhere. And
Assad's closest allies,
Russia and
Iran, are distracted with
other conflicts
. This allowed the rebel forces to work things out and prepare for a final blow against the Assadian regime.
In November 2024,
Syrian Rebels attacked again, capturing
Aleppo and Northern
Hama.
Bashar fled
Damascus as the city fell to the rebels, ending the Ba'athist Syrian Arab Republic in 8 December 2024.

Russia. As for
Iraq, yeah, we've had our ups and downs, but at least they have a shot at
democracy, unlike your stupid commie regime. Keep throwing these fits while your ‘friends’ drag you deeper into chaos. I've got bigger problems to deal with than your empty threats.
