== इतिहास (History) ==
On 28 May 2008, Nepal was declared a [[File:Federalism-icon.png]] [[Federalism|federal republic]], ending his time-honoured status as the world's only [[File:Hinduism-icon.png]] [[Hinduism|Hindu]] kingdom. 

The April 2015 Nepal Earthquake is exactly what it sounds like. This earthquake killed 8,962 people and injured 21,952 across the [[File:Nepal-icon.png]] Nepal, [[File:India-icon.png]] [[India]], [[File:PRC-icon.png]] [[People's Republic of China|China]] and [[File:Bangladesh-icon.png]] [[Bangladesh]]. It occurred at 11:56 Nepal Standard Time on Saturday 25 April 2015, with a magnitude of 7.8Mw or 8.1Ms and a maximum [[File:Catholicism-icon.png]] [[Catholicism|Mercalli]] Intensity of X (Extreme).

The [[File:Constitutionalism-icon.png]] [[Constitutionalism|Constitution]] of Nepal, adopted in 2015, affirms the country as a [[File:Secularism-icon.png]] [[Secularism|secular]] [[File:Federalism-icon.png]] [[Federalism|federal]] [[File:Parliament-icon.png]] [[Parliamentarianism|parliamentary]] [[File:Republicanism-icon.png]] [[Republicanism|republic]] divided into seven provinces. Recently, Nepal has been facing increasing economic and military pressure from [[File:PRC-icon.png]] [[People's Republic of China|organ harvester]], because he is right in between the latter and [[File:India-icon.png]] [[India]]m and can be used as a buffer state.
