Papua New Guinea, officially known as the cannibal Independent State of Papua New Guinea, located in Oceania, being closed to 
Australia.

History
Independence
In 1972, the name of this territory had been changed to “Papua New Guinea” 
. Then Australia invited it to the World Bank to send a mission to advise on measures to be taken towards economic development and political preparations.
In elections 1972, the Chief Minister, Michael Somare, had changed it from self governing to independence.
