Socialist Republic of Vietnam is the 
communist entity currently possessing Vietnam. Since the infamous Vietnam War, he has Westernized a lot and have allied with the 
United States of America against his fellow communist, 
China.
It’s the only one who defeated the world’s most powerful country.
