Rumia is a town located in northern 
Poland, with some 45,000 inhabitants. She is also associated with and is the origin place of Rumia, a Youkai cannibal from the Touhou Project video game.
Rumia has railways for transportation.
History
Rumia formed part of 
Poland since the establishment of the state in the 10th century. The village of Rumia (then Rumina) was first mentioned in 1224 when she was awarded by 
Swietopelk II. She was part of Poland until 1309, when 
State of the Teutonic Order came and annexed her.
Germany's defeat in World War I gave Poles hope for the restoration of an 
independent Poland. The Poles established a local Polish library, and on December 29, 1918 the first Polish pro-independence rally took place in Rumia.
During the 
German invasion of Poland in 1939, which started World War II, Rumia was a site of heavy fighting. She was a flanking position of the main Polish defence line at the Battle of Kępa Oksywska. Two military cemeteries are located in the area.
Circa 2002, when the sixth edition of the Touhou Project called The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil was released, Rumia city became associated with Rumia youkai. 
Rumia town takes care of her, for example by feeding her human flesh, even if the youkai is located in Gensokyo.

How to draw
Rumia has a drawing rating of intermediate.
- Draw a ball.
- Fill it with blue.
- Add a red shield at the top left of the ball (with a thin black outline), covering one would-be eye.
- Draw a white wave in the red shield, and put a thin black border around the wave.
- Connect the wave in the shield with a white line going through the ball.
- Draw an anchor on the top half of the shield.
- Draw a wheel on the bottom half of the shield.
- Draw a white border around the shield.
- Draw one right eye and you’re done!
