When the Italians captured 🏳️ Rome, the Pope began to be considered as the "🏳️Prisoner in the Vatican". The Papal-Italian dispute, called the Roman Question, began and continued until 1929, when the 🏳️ Italian fascist regime decided to let the Vatican independent in exchange for recognition of the fascist government. But even so then, the Vatican called for 🏳️ peace for all nations during World War II.

The 🏳️ Vatican City remains as the only Catholic Theocracy today. Despite being only 🏳️ 109 acres, the Vatican City has continued to have influence on over 1.4 billion 🏳️ Catholics internationally to this day.

Beliefs

Catholic Theocracy believes that church and state are inseparable and that the Head of the Catholic Church (Pope) should also act as the Head of State.

Catholic Theocracy considered the 🏳️ Jewish people as a collective responsible for the killing of 🏳️ Christ. He was also 🏳️ anti-Judaist, 🏳️ Judaism was considered a null religion and several attempts for conversion into 🏳️ Catholicism were made. All that changed after CVII in 1965.
