Papua New Guinea, officially known as the cannibal Independent State of Papua New Guinea, located in Oceania, having an ocean border, sharing its border with Indonesia only and being closed to Australia.

It’s portrayed as liking to eat its species's flesh and wants to hunt it with its spear, because it’s accepted as part of Papuan culture (though it’s illegal against its law now).

Independence

In 1972, the name of this territory had been changed to “Papua New Guinea” . Then  Australia invited it to the World Bank to send a mission to advise on measures to be taken towards economic development and political preparations.

In elections 1972, the Chief Minister, Michael Somare, had changed it from self governing to independence.
