Rumia is a town located in northern

Rumia formed part of 
Poland since the establishment of the state in the 10th century. The village of Rumia (then Rumina) was first mentioned in 1224 when she was awarded by 
Swietopelk II. She was part of Poland until 1309, when

How to draw
Rumia has a drawing rating of intermediate.
- Draw a ball.
- Fill it with blue.
- Add a red shield at the top left of the ball (with a thin black outline), covering one would-be eye.
- Draw a white wave in the red shield, and put a thin black border around the wave.
- Connect the wave in the shield with a white line going through the ball.
- Draw an anchor on the top half of the shield.
- Draw a wheel on the bottom half of the shield.
- Draw a white border around the shield.
- Draw one right eye and you’re done!
