Rumia

Rumia is a town located in northern 
Poland, with some 45,000 inhabitants. She is also associated with 
Rumia, a Youkai cannibal from the Touhou Project video game.
History
Rumia formed part of 
Poland since the establishment of the state in the 10th century. The village of Rumia (then Rumina) was first mentioned in 1224 when she was awarded by 
Swietopelk II. She was part of Poland until 1309, when 
State of the Teutonic Order came and annexed her.
Circa 2002, when the sixth edition of the Touhou Project called The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil was released, Rumia city became associated with Rumia youkai.
