The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a really rich country that lives in the Middle East. UAE produces lots of oil. His clay borders Oman to the south and Saudi Arabia to the east. The UAE is also often seen as one of the more peaceful countries in the Middle East. As of 2019, he has 9.6 million people in his clay, although only 1.4 million are actually from the country, making UAE the 5th most popular human migration destination.
The U.A.E. is a member of the United Nations and the Arab League and has established diplomatic relations with more than 60 countries, including the U.S., Japan, Russia, the People's Republic of China, and most western European countries. He has played a moderate role in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries, the United Nations, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Even if UAE is a rich country on the coast, he still has a problem finding clean water due to too much desert hovering up his clay. UAE is also a major non- NATO ally.
The national day of UAE is on December 2nd.
History
On 2 December 1971, six of the emirates that just became independent from United Kingdom ( Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain) agreed to enter into a union named the United Arab Emirates. Ras al-Khaimah joined later, on 10 January 1972.
In February 1972, the Federal National Council (FNC) was created; it was a 40-member consultative body appointed by the seven rulers. The UAE joined the Arab League on 6 December 1971 and the United Nations on 9 December. UAE was a founding member of the Gulf Cooperation Council in May 1981, with Abu Dhabi hosting the first GCC summit.
The UAE supported military operations by the US and other coalition states engaged in the war against the Taliban in Afghanistan (2001) and Saddam Hussein in Ba'athist Iraq (2003) as well as operations supporting the Global War on Terror.
On 29 January 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic was confirmed to have reached the UAE. Two months later, in March, the government announced the closure of shopping malls, schools, and places of worship, in addition to imposing a 24-hour curfew, and suspending all Emirates passenger flights. This resulted in a major economic downturn, which eventually led to the merger of more than 50% of the UAE's federal agencies.
On August 13, 2020, the UAE peaced with Israel, and also recognized him.
Cargo planes have been spotted flying from UAE to a patch of land at Chad, just across the border of Sudan. UAE claims that he’s just sending aid to the refugees of the civil war in Sudan, but as the planes are kilometers away from the refugees, its liking that UAE is just sending military support for one of the sides in the Sudanese civil war
Economy
Prior to the first exports of oil in 1962, UAE’s economy was dominated by pearl production, fishing, agriculture, and herding. Since the rise of oil prices in 1973, however, petroleum has dominated the economy, accounting for most of his export earnings and providing significant opportunities for investment. The U.A.E. has huge proven oil reserves, estimated at 98.8 billion barrels in 2003, with gas reserves estimated at (212 trillion cubic feet); at present production rates, these supplies would last well over 150 years. In 2006, the U.A.E. produced about 2.8 million barrels of oil per day.
