Papua New Guinea, officially known as the cannibal Independent State of Papua New Guinea, located in Oceania, having an ocean border, sharing its border with Indonesia only and being closed to
Australia.
It’s portrayed as liking to eat its species's flesh and wants to hunt it with its spear, because it’s accepted as part of Papuan culture (though it’s illegal against its law now).
