Papua New Guinea, officially known as the cannibal Independent State of Papua New Guinea, is a country located in Oceania, having an ocean border, sharing his border with Indonesia only and being close to Australia.

He is portrayed as liking to eat his own species's flesh and wants to hunt with his spear, because it was accepted as part of Papuan culture (though it’s illegal now), though many tribes in Papua still do it.

History

In 1975, the Papua declared and became independence, and became another Commonwealth realm just like Aussie, New Zealand, and Canada.
