Türkiye

Türkiye, more commonly spelled as Turkey, is a super nationalist, aggressive, and extremely superstitious Muslim nation known for his kebabs and stretchy ice cream. He wears a fez and is the mortal enemy of Greece (had been for most of history).

Türkiye's clay is situated in the Balkans and Anatolia, straddling the lines of Asia and Europe, making him transcontinental Eurasian. He descended from Asiatic nomads, but his genes got mixed with those of European Greek, which is why when he takes a DNA test he sees that he is many Greek, causing him to crash out and call the test faked. In addition, Türkiye believes that his history is superior to all other countries' history. He also has great coffee, it is said that the Europeans could resist the Turkish sword but not the Turkish coffee.

Tarih (History)

After the fall of the Ottoman Empire in 1922 and winning the Turkish War of Independence as the Ankara Government in 1923, the newly established Republic of Turkey adopts a new constitution. Turkey undergoes a series of reforms to modernize himself, including the adoption of Western legal codes, secularization of education, and the introduction of the Latin alphabet.

In 1939, Sanjak of Alexandretta gets transferred from Syria to Turkey.

Turkey remains mostly neutral during World War II and experiences economic growth. Both the Allied Powers and the Axis Powers offered him to join their side. Turkey agreed to export up 45,000 tons of chromite ore to Germany in 1941 and in 1942, and 90,000 tons of the mineral in both 1943 and 1944, contingent on Germany's supplies of military equipment to Turkey. Germany would provide as many as 117 railway locomotives and 1,250 freight rail cars to transport the ore. Turkey was also trading with Allied countries as well, and staying neutral made Turkey's economy strong. However, Turkey refrained from formally joining any side and fighting since he didn't think that either side could give him benefits, and his position in between Allied and Axis nations meant that any war would be fought at his own clay. But, staying neutral meant being ignored by the international community after the war ended, so Turkey declared war on Germany and joined the Allies in February 1945 when it was clear that Germany would lose. Still, Turkey never sent any troops to fight.

Turkey also embraced democracy, a coup in 1980 happened and Turkey was ruled by a military junta. They implements a new constitution and cracks down on political dissent, leading to widespread human rights abuses.

A democratic party eventually got elected in 1983, due to the military junta's pressure, economic challenges and public opinion. Turkey is free again. In 1987, he is applying for the European Union.

• Kebab - The kebab is a classic and stereotypical Turkish food. It is many meats and vegetables roasted on a stick.
• Dondurma - Turkish ice cream, known as "dondurma", is a unique and traditional frozen treat hailing from Turkey. Distinguished by its stretchy, chewy texture and resistance to melting quickly, dondurma is made using salep, a flour derived from the tubers of wild orchids, and mastic, a resin that adds to its elasticity. These ingredients, combined with milk and sugar, create an ice cream that can be pulled, twisted, and even cut with a knife. Vendors often put on entertaining performances, showcasing the ice cream's remarkable consistency by spinning, stretching, and playfully serving it to customers. Available in various flavors, with classics like vanilla and chocolate alongside regional specialties such as rose or pistachio.
